Privacy & Safety

How we keep kids safe and protect their privacy.

Last updated: June 2026
🔒 The short version: Digital Kids PH does not ask children to create accounts, and we do not collect personal information from kids. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, and no chatting with strangers.

No accounts, no logins

Children do not need to sign up, log in, or enter any details to play. They simply open a game and start learning. Because there are no accounts, we don't ask for names, email addresses, birthdays, or passwords from children.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect personal information from children, including names, contact details, photos, location, or anything they type. Games run inside the web browser, and game progress (like scores, stars, and badges) is temporary — it is not saved to any server and disappears when the page is closed.

No ads and no in-app purchases

Digital Kids PH does not show third-party advertising and does not sell anything inside the games. We do not use advertising trackers or sell any data — because we don't collect personal data in the first place.

Keeping kids safe

Basic, anonymous statistics

We may use simple, anonymous website statistics (for example, how many people visited a page) to understand which games are popular and to improve the site. This information is not personal and cannot be used to identify any child.

A note for parents and guardians

We encourage parents and guardians to explore the site alongside their children. Because Digital Kids PH is login-free and collects no personal data, there is nothing to set up or manage. If you ever have a privacy question or concern, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

As the site grows, we may update this Privacy & Safety page. Any changes will appear here with a new "last updated" date.
